A Little Dab'll Do Ya

Faith is risking what is
for what is yet to be.
It is taking small steps
knowing they lead to bigger ones.
Faith is holding on when you want to let go.
It is letting go when you want to hold on.
Faith is hearing God’s yes
when everything else says no.
It is believing all things are possible
in the midst of impossibilities.
Faith is looking beyond what is
for what is yet to be.
It is seeing the Light in darkness,
the presence of God in all.

Thank you everyone for your prayers.
Our very important guest did not arrive today; however, she did send some of her staff. They were in a meeting with Mom and a few other orphanage staff most of the afternoon and, as far as I heard, did not tour the property.

When I saw Mom at tea, I asked her if it went well with the visitors
(in Kinyarwanda, duh) and she said very well.
So.... great.
Listen, I only know so many words.

Please continue to keep us in your prayers.
I truly do have faith that God is working miracles that we don't even realize right now.

"For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways," declares the Lord. "As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts higher than your thoughts."  Isaiah 55:8-9

Thankful and hopeful,

Tara
